S1 and S2 ICT Course
This course, coordinated by Mrs L Jones, Principal Teacher Information and Communications Technology, is delivered jointly by members of the Computing and Business Education departments, with input from the Learning Resource Centre and the Design and Technology department.

| Using an Interactive Whiteboard |
The course, with one period per week for each year group, covers both theory and practical skills. Activities include Word Processing, Desk Top Publishing, Internet Searching, Web Page Creation, Programming and working with Graphics, Email, Databases, Spreadsheets and Slide Shows.

| Using Computers |
By the end of S2 most pupils will be eligible for SQA certification in Core Skills Information Technology at either Access 3, Intermediate 1 or Intermediate 2.
