Parents' Association Donations and 50-50 Club Form

Please print out (or contact us for a hard copy) and complete the relevant form to make donations or to join the Parents' Association 50-50 club. The form should be returned to Mr Ross Jamieson, Depute Head, Penicuik High School (not to your bank). The leaflet has been designed to photocopy as a folded A5, so you might want only to print the last two pages. It contains answers to some questions about how the schemes operate, and how the money is spent.
